1. How do I open an account with Linde?
To open a new account with Linde, you will need to complete Customer Account Opening Form.
If you would like to apply for a company account, please complete the Customer Account Opening Form and provide a copy of your Business License and your VAT Registration.
If you would like to apply for a personal account, please complete the Customer Account Opening Form and send it together with a copy of your ID to Customer Service Centre, Linde Greater China Building No.9, 27 Xin Jinqiao Road, Pudong, Shanghai 201206, P.R. China.
Once we receive your application, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. It will take 2 working days to complete the account opening procedure after receiving your fully completed application. A "Welcome Package"with the account number will be sent to you once the account is created. You will receive it within 2 to 3 days depending on your location.
2. How can I order from Linde?
In order to trade with Linde, you will need to open an account. (Please refer to Question 1)

5. How can I amend or cancel my order?
For non-"Made-To" orders for cylinder gas products, the following rules apply:
If the status of the order is “open”, no additional fees will be charged for amendments and cancellations. It the status of the order is “completed”, additional fees will be incurred for amendments and cancellations. (For further information on additional fees, please contact our Customer Service Centre)
"Made-To" orders for cylinder gas products can’t be amended or canceled.

6. How can I check the delivery time of my order?
Our driver will contact the goods receiver half an hour prior to the arrival. If you need to know the specific time of arrival, please contact us on the delivery day:

8. How can I pay my invoice?

9. How can I add a new ship-to?
To add a new ship address, you will need to complete New Shipto Account Detail Form. Mail the completed form to Customer Service Centre, Linde Greater China Building No.9, 27 Xin Jinqiao Road, Pudong, Shanghai 201206, P.R. China.
Once we receive your application, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. It will take 2 working days to complete the new ship-to opening procedure after receiving your fully completed application. An account number will be provided to you, once we completed the update.
10. How can I change my account name?
To change the account name, you will need to provide the following documents to us:
1. A completed and signed Transfer /Name Change Form stating your existing and new name with your company chop.
2. A statement assuring that you will not use the existing Company Official Chop anymore and a document with both a sample of the old and the new Company Official Chop. If the exiting Company Official Chop is unavailable, please provide us a copy of the Business License of the exiting name.
3. A copy of both the Business License and the VAT Registration with the new name.
